A downloadable game

Sight Unseen is now more fleshed out and has a new page! Please go here for the demo from EGX 2024.

This current page is the original prototype that was since built upon for the Sight Unseen demo by our team Pretty Interesting Experiences.

About

Sight Unseen is a Virtual Reality prototype about using each eye lens differently for game mechanics.

One of your eyes is a cybernetic optic and can see in infrared vision – but only in one half of your vision!

Pushing this concept further is the ability to take your eye out of your head and throw it around corners, allowing you to see from multiple places simultaneously, to find enemies and hidden codes to progress.

The player must adapt to using these super-perceptive powers to identify and avoid threat.

Hey guys! I just saw the trailer on the VR Game Spotlight and wow! This looks so innovative. Great work. I'm keeping an "eye out ;)" for the full release.

(+1)

Fancy seeing you here! That's the exact reason why I came. Saw it on the video and looking forward to seeing the full version of this! Would love to be on his press list to stay up to date!

Thanks both of you for checking in! Sorry, I've been so burnt out I still need to publish the proper build on here.

For expectations, the version that exists to play currently will take about 10 minutes to complete, but with all the support we've had, we're gonna be finding a path to make the full vision of this a reality (although it may take a bit of time). I'll set up a mailing list soon and get back to you folks.

I'll swap this one out (it's about 5 months old and is a proof-of-concept for our prototype) asap tomorrow.

Thanks again for the support folks :)

Thanks! Is there a way to contact you by the way so that we can stay up to date and cover the full release / preview version?

Alright, I have written a newsletter which you can hopefully follow along with for updates to the game.

I've finally gotten the full version of the demo up on our new itch page for PIE-related projects - thank you so much for waiting.
